Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule please contact us more than 24 hours in advance of your booking. Cancellations less than 24 hours from the start of the booking will be charged at the full amount. Check in - between 15:00 and 17:00. If you are running late please contact us on 07814893414 so we can make arrangements for your arrival. Check Out - 10:30am. Beds only provided - we do not provide any bedding, you will need to bring pillows, sleeping bags or duvets and bed sheets if you wish to use them. Please use natural soaps and detergents as everything goes back onto the land. Please note you have use of the toilet and shower within the Linden Outdoorsman Bushcraft & Wellbeing teaching camp, we ask that you do not use any of the teaching facilities under the Green tarps, this includes the fire pit. There is a communal fire pit by the Bell tents, we will provide logs and kindling for each evening, if you wish to have more logs these can be purchased via us from the Chiddinglye Estate Farm for £25 / bag. Cooking can be done over the communal fire, we supply a grill and some basic BBQ utensils. You may wish to bring your own gas stove. Please note these must not be used inside or within 3 metres of the tents. Any significant damage to our tents, mattresses or other facilities will incur a charge.
